The invention discloses a motor train unit power unit component hoisting supporting device and a hoisting method, and relates to the field of rail transit vehicle converter installation. The hoisting supporting device comprises an insulating bidirectional supporting column, a bracket and a bracket fixing plate; the insulating bidirectional supporting column is cylindrical, a metal column body is arranged inside the insulating bidirectional supporting column, an insulating casting body is arranged outside the insulating bidirectional supporting column, a metal stud is fixedly connected to the head end of the metal column body, a hollow threaded hole is formed inside the tail end of the metal column body, and a nut is fixedly arranged; the support is in a rectangular plate shape, a plurality of kidney-shaped holes are formed in the middle of the support, and the left end and the right end of the support are each provided with a kidney-shaped hole. The support fixing plate comprises a horizontal part and a vertical part which are fixedly connected, the support is connected to the support fixing plate through a bolt hole of the horizontal part, and the vertical part of the support is installed on the power unit frame through two bolts. The hoisting of the power unit component of the motor train unit is completed through a corresponding method. According to the invention, the longitudinal tension of the busbar to the IGBT terminal can be avoided, and the stability of the hoisting structure is ensured; and the hoisting requirements of the converter component of the motor train unit can be better met.

    本发明公开了一种动车组功率单元部件吊装支撑装置及吊装方法,涉及轨道交通车辆变流器安装领域。吊装支撑装置包括绝缘双向支撑柱、支架与支架固定板;绝缘双向支撑柱呈柱形,内部为金属柱体外部为绝缘铸体,金属柱体的首端固定连接有金属螺柱,尾端内部为中空螺纹孔,还固定设置有螺帽;支架呈长方形板状,其中部开有多个腰形孔,左右端也各开有一个腰形孔;支架固定板包括固定连接的水平部和竖直部,支架通过水平部的螺栓孔连接于支架固定板上,其竖直部通过两个螺栓安装于功率单元框架上。本发明通过相应的方法将动车组功率单元部件吊装完成。本发明可避免母排对IGBT端子的纵向拉力,保证吊装结构的稳定性;更好的适应动车组变流器部件的吊装需求。
