The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle power system based on composite transmission and an operation mode switching method, and the power system is composed of an engine, a torque damper, a planetary gear mechanism, a driving motor, a permanent magnet coupler, a mode clutch and the like. By controlling the components, the hybrid power system has a pure electric mode, an engine independent driving mode, a hybrid driving mode, a driving charging mode and a regenerative braking mode and can better adapt to changes of external working conditions, the fuel economy of the whole vehicle is improved, and emission of tail gas pollutants is reduced; in addition, the permanent magnet coupler is introduced to replace a traditional speed change device, the stepless torque conversion function can be achieved by accurately adjusting the magnetic force gap, the advantages of being compact in structure, reliable in operation, low in maintenance cost, good in anti-overload performance and the like are achieved, and the application field of the hybrid electric vehicle can be greatly expanded.

    本发明公开了一种基于复合传动的混合动力汽车动力系统及运行模式切换方法,动力系统由发动机、扭矩减震器、行星齿轮机构、驱动电机、永磁耦合器及模式离合器等部件构成,通过对上述部件的控制使该混合动力系统具备纯电动模式、发动机单独驱动模式、混合驱动模式、行车充电模式以及再生制动模式,能够更好地适应外部工况的变化,提高整车的燃油经济性,降低尾气污染物的排放;此外,引入永磁耦合器取代传统变速装置,通过精确地调整磁力间隙可实现无级变矩功能,具有结构紧凑、运行可靠、维护成本低、防过载性能佳等优势,可极大地拓展了混合动力汽车的应用领域。
