The self-adaptive adjusting method for the wave suppression plate of the amphibious vehicle comprises the adjusting steps that a vehicle control unit receives a navigational speed signal of a GPS sensor and outputs a signal corresponding to the required angle of the wave suppression plate to an electric control hydraulic valve, the electric control hydraulic valve controls hydraulic oil to be conveyed to a hydraulic oil cylinder according to the received signal, and the hydraulic oil cylinder acts; and the oil cylinder displacement sensor transmits a displacement signal and feeds back the displacement signal to the vehicle control unit according to the action of the hydraulic oil cylinder until the angle of the wave suppression plate is adjusted to a set position. According to the self-adaptive adjusting method for the wave suppression plate of the amphibious vehicle, the steps are simple, the automatic adjusting position of the wave suppression plate relative to the vehicle body can be conveniently and reliably controlled, the optimal angle adjustment is achieved according to the navigational speed and the resistance, the optimal combination of the navigational speed and the head wave angle of the whole vehicle is formed, and the navigational resistance is minimum.

    本发明属于两栖车辆技术领域的两栖车辆压浪板自适应调节方法。所述的两栖车辆压浪板自适应调节方法的调节步骤为:整车控制器接收GPS传感器的航速信号,输出对应压浪板需求角度的信号至电控液压阀,电控液压阀根据接收到的信号控制液压油输送至液压油缸,液压油缸产生动作;油缸位移传感器根据液压油缸动作,传输位移信号反馈至整车控制器,直到压浪板的角度调节到设定位置后。本发明所述的两栖车辆压浪板自适应调节方法,步骤简单,能够方便可靠控制压浪板相对于车体自动调节位置,并且根据航速和阻力大小实现最佳角度调节,形成整车航速与迎浪角度最优组合,使得航行阻力最小。
