The invention discloses a pipe withdrawing device for a prefabricated pipe jacking round culvert. The pipe withdrawing device comprises a hydraulic jacking cylinder, a front cross beam, an adjusting pull rod and a rear cross beam, the at least two hydraulic jacking cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated jacking pipe respectively, and cylinder bodies of the hydraulic jacking cylinders are fixed to a wall body of a working well inlet hole; the front cross beam is connected with a piston rod of the hydraulic jacking cylinder; one end of the adjusting pull rod is connected with the front cross beam, and the other end of the adjusting pull rod extends into the prefabricated pipe-jacking circular culvert pipe joint and is connected with the rear cross beam arranged at the rear part of the prefabricated pipe-jacking circular culvert pipe joint; through holes matched with the front cross beam in position are formed in the two sides of the rear portion of the prefabricated pipe-jacking round culvert pipe joint. The rear cross beam penetrates through the two through holes and is connected with the prefabricated pipe jacking round culvert pipe joint. The invention further provides a pipe retreating method adopting the prefabricated pipe jacking round culvert pipe retreating device. The prefabricated pipe jacking round culvert is driven by the hydraulic jacking cylinders and the connecting pieces to retreat pipes, the structure is simple, and operation, installation and disassembly are very convenient.

    本发明公开了一种预制顶管圆涵退管装置,其包括液压顶缸、前横梁、调节拉杆、后横梁;所述液压顶缸至少有两个,分别设置在预制顶管两侧,其缸体固定在工作井进洞洞口墙体上;所述前横梁与液压顶缸的活塞杆连接;所述调节拉杆的一端与前横梁连接,另一端伸入预制顶管圆涵管节,与设置在预制顶管圆涵管节后部的后横梁连接;所述预制顶管圆涵管节的后部的两侧设有与前横梁位置相适配的通孔;后横梁穿过两个通孔,与预制顶管圆涵管节连接。本发明还提供一种采用上述预制顶管圆涵退管装置进行退管的方法。本发明通过液压顶缸及连接件带动预制顶管圆涵退管,结构简单、操作、安设、拆卸非常方便。
