The invention provides a load multi-point installation satellite configuration, which comprises a satellite main structure, a solar cell array, a multi-point installation load unit and platform equipment, and is characterized in that the satellite main structure comprises a bottom plate, a layer plate, a top plate and side plates, the number of the side plates is at least three, and the side plates are connected end to end to define a main body frame; the bottom plate is installed at the bottom of the main body frame, the top plate is installed at the top of the main body frame, the layer plate is installed in the middle of the main body frame, the solar cell array comprises a cell substrate, and the cell substrate is installed on the outer side face of the side plate. The invention further provides a rapid assembly method of the satellite configuration with the load installed at the multiple points. The invention has the beneficial effects that the whole configuration is designed around the load, a multi-point non-coplanar structure and thermal control integrated installation design thought is given by optimizing the layout of equipment in the cabin, and the installation precision is ensured while the heat dissipation of the load is effectively solved.
