The invention relates to a carrier and carried vehicle separation attitude angle optimization method and device, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the motion state of each carried vehicle after separation according to the initial condition of a carrier injection moment; calculating the minimum value of the minimum distance between any two launched vehicles in the interval from the far-field analysis starting point moment to the terminal point moment based on the motion state of each launched vehicle after separation; calculating an included angle between a relative position vector of an upper stage of the carrier and a relay satellite and a normal of a phased-array antenna of the carrier according to the motion state of the carrier, and determining the total detectability of a separation attitude angle of the carrier by combining the condition that the upper stage of the carrier and the relay satellite are shielded by the earth; and optimizing the separation attitude angle based on the minimum value of the minimum distance between any two carried vehicles and the total detectability of the carrier separation attitude angle. The safety boundary requirement of the carried device is met, and the separation safety is ensured.
