The invention relates to an agricultural multispectral remote sensing observation unmanned aerial vehicle which solves the problems that when an existing agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle observes crops, inclination occurs, insects or sundries obstruct a lens, and rainwater is likely to be splashed on a camera lens in rainy days to affect observation. Comprising a rack, a plurality of fixed check rings are evenly distributed on the side wall of the rack, driving rods are rotationally installed in the fixed check rings, a plurality of first fan blades are evenly distributed on the circumference of the top of each driving rod, and second fan blades are slidably installed in the first fan blades; a camera is rotationally installed at the bottom of the rack, a transverse air outlet groove and a longitudinal air outlet groove are symmetrically formed in the rack, a ventilation groove is fixedly installed at the bottom of the fixed check ring, and an air inlet hole is formed in the top of the ventilation groove; the inclination state is adjusted through contraction and expansion of the fan blades of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the air outlet groove is arranged to cooperate with the fan blades for driving, the air outlet groove discharges air to form an air wall around the camera to isolate rainwater, insects and other sundries, and the size of the air wall is adjusted through the baffle and the air outlet holes.
