The invention relates to the technical field of aviation machinery, aims to solve the problems that an existing control surface is large in part number, complex and difficult in machining process, long in machining time and high in production cost, and provides an aircraft wing control surface structure which comprises an upper control surface and a lower control surface, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner side of the lower control surface. Reinforcing rib inserting grooves are formed in the inner side of the upper control surface, the reinforcing ribs are matched with the reinforcing rib inserting grooves, the reinforcing ribs are inserted into the reinforcing rib inserting grooves, the reinforcing ribs are connected with the reinforcing rib inserting grooves in a gluing mode, pins are arranged on the inner side of the upper control surface, pin holes are formed in the inner side of the lower control surface, and the pins are inserted into the pin holes. The pins are inserted into the pin holes and are connected with the pin holes in a gluing mode. According to the control surface structure, the number of parts is small, the machining process is simple, the reinforcing ribs and the reinforcing rib inserting grooves as well as the pins and the pin holes can be glued and cured through normal-temperature glue, the process difficulty in the control surface assembling and machining process can be effectively reduced, the production time is shortened, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及航空机械技术领域,旨在解决现有的舵面存在零件数量多、加工工艺复杂难度大、加工时间长、生产成本高的问题,提供一种飞机机翼舵面结构,包括上舵面和下舵面,所述下舵面的内侧设置有加强筋,所述上舵面的内侧设置有加强筋插槽,所述加强筋与所述加强筋插槽相适配,所述加强筋插入所述加强筋插槽中,所述加强筋与所述加强筋插槽胶接连接,所述上舵面的内侧设置有销钉,所述下舵面的内侧设置有销孔,所述销钉插入所述销孔中,所述销钉与所述销孔胶接连接。上述舵面结构零件数量少,加工工艺简单,加强筋与加强筋插槽之间、销钉与销孔之间可以采用常温胶胶接固化,可有效减小舵面装配加工时的工艺难度,减少生产时间,降低成本。
