The invention discloses a maritime unmanned intelligent search and rescue device and a maritime search and rescue system. The maritime unmanned intelligent search and rescue device comprises a high-speed search and rescue unmanned ship which is high in navigation speed and can quickly reach an accident sea area, and drowning persons are rescued and concentrated through a remote control release projection rescue device and a life raft; the double-body search and rescue unmanned ship is provided with a lifting frame and a small-size search and rescue unmanned ship, and accurate rescue is carried out on people who fall an order and lose perception. The tethered unmanned aerial vehicle and the tethered balloon both carry signal transfer stations to form a local area network of a rescue area and send field data to the centralized control center, and meanwhile, a panoramic low-light camera is arranged to accurately identify people falling into water; the centralized control center is used for receiving and analyzing various sensor data and issuing rescue instructions to all the search and rescue unmanned ships according to the maximum rescue efficiency principle. The maritime search and rescue equipment can adapt to severe sea conditions, adopts multi-boat cooperative search, air and water surface cooperative search and multiple rescue means for cooperative rescue, can achieve accurate and rapid rescue, improves the rescue efficiency, and reduces the labor cost of rescue.

    本发明公开了一种海上无人智能搜救设备以及海上搜救系统,包括高速搜救无人艇航行速度快,快速到达事故海域,通过远程遥控释放投射救助装置和救生筏救助集中落水人员;双体搜救无人艇带有升降框和小型搜救无人艇,对落单人员和失去知觉人员执行精准救助;系留无人机、系留气球均携带信号中转站,组成救援区域的局域网,并向集控中心发送现场数据,同时有全景微光摄像头,能精准识别落水人员;集控中心用于接收并分析各种传感器数据,并按照最大救援效率原则给各搜救无人艇发布救助指令。本发明的海上搜救设备能适应恶劣海况,采用多艇协同搜索,空中水面协同搜索,多种救助手段协同救助,可实现精准快速救援,提高救援效率,降低救援人工成本。
