The invention discloses a deepwater SIT type single-point mooring FPSO tie-back method which comprises the following steps that position and angle control is conducted on an FPSO through a four-point limiting method, and tie-back conditions are created; releasing the hawse pipe marine consolidation, lowering and lifting the large winch, and fishing the pre-laid anchor leg by the engineering ship; the engineering ship carries the anchor leg to be close to the FPSO, and the large lifting winch is connected with the anchor leg; the anchor leg is lowered into water, and the load of the anchor leg is transferred to the large lifting winch from the engineering ship; the large lifting winch recycles the anchor leg to a single-point turret, and the anchor leg is locked through a chain stopper and bears a load; and other anchor leg tie-back is completed in sequence, FPSO rotation testing is carried out, and FPSO tie-back work is completed. The single-point turret is integrated to the FPSO ship body, an anchor chain is not arranged at the joint of the anchor leg and the turret, and the fatigue life of the single-point turret is longer.

    本发明公开了深水SIT型单点系泊FPSO回接方法,包括以下步骤:采用四点限位法对FPSO进行位置和角度控制,创造回接条件;解除锚链筒海固,下放提拉大绞车,工程船打捞预铺的锚腿;所述工程船携带所述锚腿靠近所述FPSO,将所述提拉大绞车与所述锚腿连接;下放所述锚腿入水,所述锚腿载荷从所述工程船转移至所述提拉大绞车;所述提拉大绞车回收所述锚腿至单点转塔,通过止链器锁住所述锚腿,并承担载荷;依次完成其他锚腿回接,进行FPSO回转测试,完成FPSO回接工作。本发明将单点转塔集成至FPSO船体,锚腿与转塔连接处未锚链,其疲劳寿命更好。
