The invention discloses a steering neutral position and zero position method of a redundant electric steering system. The redundant electric steering system comprises a steering wheel, the steering wheel is connected with a steering column, the steering column is connected with an intermediate shaft, the intermediate shaft is connected with a steering tie rod, a C-EPS system is arranged on the steering column, and a DP-EPS system is arranged on the intermediate shaft. The DP-EPS system is provided with a TAS1 sensor and a DP-ECU (Electronic Control Unit); a TAS2 sensor and a C-ECU (Electronic Control Unit) are arranged in the C-EPS system; during steering neutral position and zero position calibration, the C-EPS system takes the reading of the TAS2 sensor as a zero position and records the zero position in a memory of the C-ECU, and an absolute steering angle taking the steering neutral position as a 0-degree angle in the C-EPS system is obtained; and meanwhile, the DP-EPS system takes the reading of the TAS1 sensor as a zero position and records the reading in a memory of the DP-ECU to obtain an absolute steering angle taking the steering neutral position as a 0-degree angle in the DP-EPS system. According to the invention, the robustness of the redundant electric steering system can be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种冗余式电动转向系统的转向中位零位方法,所述冗余式电动转向系统包括转向盘,转向盘连接有转向管柱,转向管柱连接有中间轴,中间轴连接有转向横拉杆,所述转向管柱上设有C‑EPS系统,所述中间轴上设有DP‑EPS系统;所述DP‑EPS系统设有TAS1传感器和DP‑ECU;所述C‑EPS系统中设有TAS2传感器和C‑ECU;在进行转向中位零位标定时,C‑EPS系统将TAS2传感器的读数作为零位,并记录在C‑ECU的存储器中,获得C‑EPS系统中以转向中位为0°角的绝对转向角度;同时DP‑EPS系统将TAS1传感器的读数作为零位,并记录在DP‑ECU的存储器中,获得DP‑EPS系统中以转向中位为0°角的绝对转向角度。本发明可以保证冗余式电动转向系统的鲁棒性。
