The invention discloses a method for realizing rapid synchronous braking of a long and large train, which comprises the following steps of: performing mathematical marshalling according to the number N of trains, and totally forming T groups of carriages; t-1 train braking air pipe connecting points are formed by the T groups of carriages; a braking device is additionally arranged at the connecting point of each train braking air pipe and is connected with the train braking air pipe; an operator operates a locomotive brake handle, the locomotive end data acquisition device controls all the brake devices to start air exhaust synchronously through a wireless network, and synchronous braking of a train is achieved through linkage pressure reduction. According to the method, the problems of long braking time, long braking distance and non-uniform braking force distribution of the long and large train are mainly solved, all vehicle bodies of the train are hardly transformed, the influence on the vehicle body structure in the transformation process is reduced, and meanwhile the transformation cost is saved. And meanwhile, the access number of the brake devices can be flexibly increased according to actual conditions in different train marshalling.
本发明公开了一种实现长大列车快速同步制动的方法,其步骤有,根据列车车辆数目N进行数学编组,共有T组车厢;T组车厢形成T‑1个列车制动风管连接点;在每个所述列车制动风管的连接点处,增加制动装置并与列车制动风管连接;操作者操纵机车制动手柄,机车端数据采集装置通过无线网络控制各个制动装置同步开启排风,联动减压实现列车同步制动。本发明主要解决长大列车制动时间长、制动距离长、制动力分布不均问题,并且该方法对列车各车辆本体几乎不做改造,减少改造过程中对车体结构造成的影响,同时节省改造成本。同时可以灵活的实现在不同列车编组中,根据实际情况增加制动装置接入数量。
