The invention discloses a new energy automobile charging voltage matching control system and control method and an automobile, and the control system comprises three bridge arms and at least one motor winding which are arranged in a motor controller and used for achieving the function of an inverter. And the three bridge arms and the motor winding form boost voltage to boost direct-current voltage output by the charging pile to charge a power battery. The charging system has the advantage that the charging system is realized by multiplexing the motor controller and the motor. When the power supply voltage is smaller than the minimum charging voltage of the power battery, the charging system can carry out boost conversion on the power supply voltage so as to obtain the first output voltage not smaller than the minimum charging voltage, and the first output voltage can be matched with the power battery so as to charge the power battery. Meanwhile, a motor controller and a motor which are common in the electric vehicle are reused, and the occupied space and cost of the charging system can be reduced.
