The invention provides a vehicle, a ground power supply device and a non-contact power supply system. When the speed of a vehicle increases, it is possible to neglect communication delay during wireless transmission, and power supply control in a ground power supply device becomes too late. A vehicle (3) that contactlessly receives power from a ground power supply device (2) is provided with: a vehicle-side first communication device (71) that directly or indirectly communicates with the ground power supply device by wide area wireless communication; a vehicle-side second communication device (72) that directly communicates with the ground power supply device by means of narrow-range wireless communication; and a control device (34) that, upon receiving power from the ground power supply device, causes the vehicle-side first communication device to transmit vehicle information associated with the vehicle identification information to the ground power supply device, and, after the vehicle-side first communication device has transmitted the vehicle information, causes the vehicle-side second communication device to transmit the vehicle identification information to the ground power supply device.
