The invention discloses a hybrid excitation type brake for a high-speed train, which comprises an adapter frame connected with a bogie of the high-speed train; the hybrid excitation device is mounted on the transfer frame, and the hybrid excitation device comprises an electromagnet and a permanent magnet which are arranged in parallel to the direction of the steel rail; the driving device is installed on the transfer frame and connected with the hybrid excitation device, and the driving device drives the hybrid excitation device to be switched between a braking position close to the steel rail and a non-braking position away from the steel rail; and the magnetic shielding device is used for shielding a magnetic field formed outwards by the permanent magnet when the hybrid excitation device is located at the non-braking position. According to the hybrid excitation type brake, a permanent magnet excitation mode and an electromagnetic excitation mode are combined, the number of electromagnets can be reduced, power consumption can be reduced, and more energy is saved. Meanwhile, the hybrid excitation device can adjust the braking force by controlling the magnitude of the current.
本发明公开了一种用于高速列车的混合励磁型制动器,其包括:转接架,转接架与高速列车的转向架连接;混合励磁装置,混合励磁装置安装在转接架上,混合励磁装置包括沿着与钢轨方向平行排布的电磁铁和永磁体;驱动装置,驱动装置安装在转接架上并与混合励磁装置连接,驱动装置驱动混合励磁装置在贴近钢轨的制动位置与远离钢轨的非制动位置之间进行转换;磁屏蔽装置,磁屏蔽装置用于在混合励磁装置位于非制动位置时屏蔽永磁体对外形成的磁场。本本发明的混合励磁型制动器采用了永磁和电磁两种励磁方式相结合的方法,可减少电磁铁数量,故可以减少耗电量,更加节能。同时,混合励磁装置可通过控制电流大小对制动力起到调节作用。
