The invention discloses an all-electric ship braking energy recycling system. The system comprises a composite energy storage system, a propulsion system, a bidirectional inversion system and a signal acquisition and control system. The energy recycling method comprises the steps that a braking instruction is received, and related equipment state parameters are obtained; calculating the target electromagnetic torque of the propulsion motor according to the water velocity to match the propeller load, so that the generator operates at the maximum power point; charging power is configured according to the rotating speed of the propulsion motor, the maximum charging power of the storage battery and the capacity of the super-capacitor; an actual braking torque instruction is fed back according to the SOC value of the storage battery and the state of the super capacitor; the real-time target torque of the propulsion motor is fed back according to the water flow speed change to adjust the rotating speed of the propeller and the blade pitch, so that the water energy utilization rate is kept maximum. The potential of a pure electric ship power system can be effectively exerted, and the energy utilization efficiency and cruising ability of a full electric ship are improved.

    本发明公开了一种全电船制动能量回收利用系统。本发明系统包括复合储能系统、推进系统、双向逆变系统和信号采集与控制系统。能量回收利用方法包括:接收制动指令以及获取相关设备状态参数;根据水流速度计算推进电机目标电磁转矩以匹配螺旋桨负载,使得发电机运行在最大功率点;根据推进电机转速、蓄电池最大充电功率和超级电容的容量配置充电功率;根据蓄电池SOC值和超级电容状态反馈实际制动转矩指令;根据水流速度变化反馈推进电机实时目标转矩,以调节螺旋桨转速及桨叶螺距,使得水能利用率保持最大。本发明能够有效发挥纯电动船舶动力系统的潜能,提高全电船的能量利用效率和续航能力。
