The invention discloses a device and an intelligent control method of a special hydraulic variable-rigidity suspension for a special vehicle, according to the mechanism, when the vehicle runs normally, the whole suspension system is in a flexible state, the vehicle runs normally and smoothly, meanwhile, the vehicle can realize mode switching and intelligent variable-rigidity adjustment according to the vehicle speed, the turning angle and the like, and when the vehicle works, the intelligent variable-rigidity adjustment can be realized. Rigid locking of a whole suspension system is achieved through an electro-hydraulic control loop, construction operation quality and stability are ensured, and the mechanism is composed of a hydraulic oil tank, an oil pump, a floating hydraulic cylinder, a control valve set, a pressure monitor, a corner monitor, an ECU, a frame height monitor, a vehicle speed monitor, an oil return filter and related accessories. The control valve set comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a one-way unloading valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve and a one-way valve, switching among flexibility, rigidity and adjustable rigidity is achieved through on-off control and variable damping of the electromagnetic valves, and the requirements of a vehicle under different working conditions are met.

    本发明公开了特种车辆专用液压变刚性悬架的装置及智能控制方法,该机构在车辆正常行驶时,整个悬架系统处于柔性状态,车辆正常平顺行驶,同时,车辆也可以根据车速、转角等器实现模式切换及智能变刚性调节,在车辆作业时,通过电液控制回路实现整个悬架系统的刚性锁定,确保施工作业质量及稳定性,该机构由液压油箱、油泵、浮动液压缸、控制阀组、压力监测器、转角监测器、ECU、车架高度监测器、车速监测器、回油过滤器及相关附件组成,其中控制阀组包括第一电磁阀、单向卸荷阀、第二电磁阀、第三电磁阀、单向阀,通过电磁阀的通断控制及变阻尼实现柔性、刚性、可调刚性之间的切换,满足车辆在不同工况下的要求。
