The invention relates to a rubber mixture comprising a rubber and a liquid polybutadiene which is liquid at a temperature of 20 DEG C and a pressure of 98.0665 kPa, the liquid polybutadiene consisting exclusively of C-and H-atoms and having an average molecular weight (Mw) of 1500 to 5000 g/mol as described in the description as determined by gel permeation chromatography; to a method for producing a rubber article by vulcanization using the rubber mixture according to the invention as a raw material; and to a rubber article obtained by this process.
