The invention discloses a plug-in hybrid vehicle energy management method based on an improved multi-target DDPG, and the method comprises the following steps: building an energy management system model of a plug-in hybrid vehicle, which comprises a vehicle longitudinal dynamics model, an engine fuel consumption model, a battery equivalent circuit model, a battery life model and a driver/generator model; acquiring state information of the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle in actual driving, and inputting the state information into the energy management system model; the energy management system model serves as an intelligent agent of the IMDDPG, a reward function of the IMDDPG is configured according to the accumulated oil consumption of an engine, the offset degree of the SOC of the battery and the change of the health condition of the battery, multi-target optimization is conducted on the energy management system model through the IMDDPG, and a trained reinforcement learning model is obtained; and inputting the initial state information and the driving condition into the reinforcement learning model to obtain an energy management strategy during driving. According to the method, the fuel economy and the battery life are comprehensively considered, and the optimality and universality of the strategy are improved while the real-time performance is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于改进多目标DDPG的插电式混动汽车能量管理方法,包括以下步骤:建立插电式混动汽车的能量管理系统模型,包括整车纵向动力学模型、发动机燃油消耗模型、电池等效电路模型、电池寿命模型和驱动/发电机模型;获取插电式混动汽车在实际行驶中的状态信息,并输入能量管理系统模型;将能量管理系统模型作为IMDDPG的智能体,根据发动机的累计油耗、电池SOC的偏移程度和电池健康状况的变化配置IMDDPG的奖励函数,用IMDDPG对能量管理系统模型进行多目标寻优,得到训练好的强化学习模型;将初始的状态信息和行驶工况输入强化学习模型,得到行驶中的能量管理策略。本发明综合考虑燃油经济性和电池寿命,在保证实时性的同时,提高策略的最优性和普适性。
