The invention provides an intelligent networked passenger car motor brake torque calculation method and system, and relates to the technical field of automobile control, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the fuzzy processing of the opening degree of a brake pedal obtained after a vehicle control unit is activated; according to the opening degree of the brake pedal after fuzzy processing, the brake coefficient and the optimal value of the motor rotating speed are calculated; the rotating speed of a vehicle motor is collected in real time, and the hysteresis state of braking torque is judged; based on the hysteresis state, the braking coefficient and the optimal motor rotating speed value, the final motor braking torque is obtained through calculation; according to the method, fuzzy processing is conducted on the opening value of the brake pedal, meanwhile, optimal value calculation is conducted on the rotating speed of the motor, a motor torque quit hysteresis strategy is added, the braking torque of the motor is calculated in real time, the motor of the whole vehicle is controlled, and the problem of motor shaking caused by abnormal opening of the brake pedal or the rotating speed of the motor during braking is solved; and the energy conservation and the comfort of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明提出了一种智能网联客车电机制动扭矩计算方法及系统,涉及汽车控制技术领域,该方法包括:对整车控制器激活后获取的制动踏板开度进行模糊处理;根据模糊处理后的制动踏板开度,计算制动系数和电机转速最优值;实时采集车辆电机转速,判断制动扭矩的滞环状态;基于滞环状态、制动系数和电机转速最优值,计算得到最终电机制动扭矩;本发明通过对制动踏板开度值进行模糊处理,同时对电机转速进行最优值计算,以及增加电机扭矩退出滞环策略,实时计算电机制动扭矩,对整车的电机进行控制,避免刹车时因制动踏板开度或电机转速异常引起的电机抖动问题,提高整车节能和舒适性。
