The invention discloses a battery frame, a power battery and a vehicle, the battery frame comprises a bottom plate and side beams, and the side beams are located on two opposite sides of the bottom plate; the side edge beam comprises an edge beam part extending in the height direction of the bottom plate, a connecting part located on the inner side of the edge beam part and connected with the bottom plate, and a fixing part located on the outer side of the edge beam part and used for being connected with a vehicle doorsill beam. Wherein the boundary beam part comprises an upper boundary beam part and a lower boundary beam part, the upper boundary beam part is located above the lower boundary beam part, the outer side of the lower boundary beam part is connected with the fixing part, the inner side of the lower boundary beam part is connected with the connecting part, the lower boundary beam part is provided with a first cavity, and the bottom wall of the first cavity of the lower boundary beam part is thinned; the thickness of the bottom wall of the first cavity is smaller than that of the side wall of the first cavity. According to the technical scheme, the battery cell capacity of the power battery pack can be increased, and meanwhile, the safety of the battery cells during side collision is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种电池框、动力电池和车辆,其中,电池框包括底板和侧边梁,所述侧边梁位于所述底板的相对两侧,所述侧边梁包括沿底板高度方向延伸的边梁部、位于所述边梁部内侧且与所述底板相连接的连接部、位于所述边梁部外侧且用以与车辆门槛梁相连接的固定部;其中,所述边梁部包括边梁上部和边梁下部,边梁上部位于边梁下部的上方,边梁下部的外侧与固定部相连接,内侧与连接部相连接,边梁下部设有第一空腔,边梁下部的第一空腔的底壁做减薄处理,所述第一空腔的底壁的厚度小于所述第一空腔的侧壁的厚度。本发明技术方案可增加动力电池包的电芯容量的同时,保证侧碰撞时电芯的安全。
