The invention relates to an elevator safety circuit first fault capturing system and a using method thereof. In order to fill the blank in the prior art, the elevator safety circuit first fault capturing system comprises a plurality of fault signal sensors, a PLC and a human-computer interface, and a bit-to-double-word module, a first-in-first-out module, a double-word transposition module, a falling edge detection module and a digital signal analysis module are arranged in the PLC. The first-in first-out unit can latch a plurality of double-word signals, a newly received double-word signal automatically covers the first received double-word signal, the above modules are connected in sequence, the bit-to-double-word module is connected with each fault signal sensor, and the digital signal analysis module is connected with a human-computer interface. The elevator safety circuit first fault capturing system and the using method thereof have the advantages of being scientific in design and reliable in operation, are suitable for capturing the elevator safety circuit first fault, and are beneficial to quickening inspection and maintenance of the elevator.

    本发明涉及一种提升机安全回路首故障捕捉系统及其使用方法。为填补现有技术空白,本发明提升机安全回路首故障捕捉系统包括多个故障信号传感器、PLC可编程控制器和人机界面,所述PLC可编程控制器内设有位转双字模块、先入先出模块、双字转位模块、下降沿检测模块和数字信号分析模块,先入先出单元可锁存多个双字信号,且新接收的双字信号自动覆盖最先收到的双字信号,上述模块顺次相连,所述位转双字模块与各个故障信号传感器相连,数字信号分析模块与人机界面相连。本发明提升机安全回路首故障捕捉系统及其使用方法具有设计科学、运行可靠的优点,适合捕捉提升机安全回路首故障,有助于加快检查、维修提升机。
