Comprising a locking mechanism, a separating mechanism, a front side buoyancy material and a rear side buoyancy material, the locking mechanism comprises a supporting block, a locking assembly A, a locking assembly B, a spring push rod and a hoop assembly, the locking assembly A, the locking assembly B, the spring push rod and the hoop assembly are arranged on the supporting block, and the locking assembly A and the locking assembly B are located on the front side and the rear side of the hoop assembly respectively and used for locking the hoop assembly; the hoop assembly is used for holding a load, the spring push rod and the hoop assembly are located on the same side, and the spring push rod is used for jacking the load and providing power for separation; the separating mechanism is arranged on the supporting block and used for triggering the locking mechanism to release the hoop assembly. The front side buoyancy material and the rear side buoyancy material are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the supporting block correspondingly.
