The invention discloses a foot mechanism and a robot, and relates to the technical field of robots. The foot mechanism comprises a base plate, a foot plate, an elastic piece and a ball fastener. The base plate is used for being connected with legs of a robot, the base plate is provided with a first mounting position and is provided with a first groove, and a first through hole is formed in the bottom of the first groove; the foot plate is provided with a second mounting position, a second groove is formed in the side, opposite to the base plate, of the foot plate, a second through hole is formed in the groove bottom of the second groove, and the second through hole and the first through hole are oppositely formed; the elastic piece is located between the base plate and the foot plate so that a deformation space can be formed between the foot plate and the base plate. The ball head fastener penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole and is used for fixing the base plate and the foot plate and adjusting the distance between the base plate and the foot plate. According to the foot mechanism, the uneven ground walking adaptive capacity is improved, the impact force and vibration generated when the foot plate falls to the ground in the walking, running and jumping processes of the robot are reduced, and the overall service life of the robot is prolonged.
