The embodiment of the invention provides a charging pile with a power adjusting function. The charging pile with the power regulation function comprises a charging power intelligent regulation and control module which is connected in series between a charging management unit and a vehicle-mounted BMS, and is also used for being connected to a cloud platform. The charging power intelligent regulation and control module is used for collecting and detecting interaction information between the vehicle-mounted BMS and the charging management unit after an electric vehicle is inserted into a gun to start charging, and uploading the interaction information to the cloud platform to realize data acquisition and reporting functions; the charging module is also used for receiving a power regulation and control instruction issued by the cloud platform and executing a charging power regulation function; the unvarnished transmission module is also used for carrying out unvarnished transmission processing on interaction information of the vehicle-mounted BMS and the charging management unit under the condition that a power regulation and control instruction is not received or interaction information related to functions is not collected and detected, so that a data unvarnished transmission function is realized; and the system is also used for ending the charging process when the analysis result monitored by the cloud platform is abnormal, so that the active prevention and control function of the charging process is realized.

    本发明的实施例提供了一种带功率调节功能的充电桩。带功率调节功能的充电桩包括串联在充电管理单元与车载BMS之间的充电功率智能调控模块,还用于连接到云平台;充电功率智能调控模块用于当电动汽车插枪启动充电后,收集检测车载BMS与充电管理单元之间的交互信息,并上传至云平台,实现数据采集和上报功能;还用于接收云平台下达的功率调控指令,执行充电功率调节功能;还用于在未接收到功率调控指令或未收集检测到与功能有关的交互信息的情况下,对车载BMS与充电管理单元交互信息做透传处理,实现数据透传功能;还用于对云平台监测到的分析结果异常的充电过程,结束充电过程,实现对充电过程的主动防控功能。
