The invention discloses an integrated complete machine internal circulation isolation heat dissipation system. The system comprises a heat dissipation box; an air circulation duct; a phase change material; a phase change material circulation pipeline; an exhaust fan; the heat dissipation box is provided with a first connecting part, a second connecting part, a third connecting part and a fourth connecting part; a first air inlet of the air circulation pipeline is connected with the first connecting part, the air circulation pipeline extends into the heat dissipation box from the first connecting part, and a first air outlet is connected with the second connecting part; the exhaust fan is located outside the heat dissipation box. The air inlet end of the exhaust fan is connected with the first air outlet. A second air inlet of the phase-change material circulation pipeline is connected with the third connecting part, a second air outlet of the phase-change material circulation pipeline is connected with the fourth connecting part, and the phase-change material circulation pipeline is arranged outside the heat dissipation box; and the phase change material is arranged in the heat dissipation box. According to the system, air in the charging pile can be cooled without sucking in external air, and the situation that dust and corrosive substances in the external air enter the charging pile is avoided.

    本发明公开了一体式整机内循环隔离散热系统,包括:散热箱;空气流通管道;相变材料;相变材料流通管道;抽风机;散热箱具有第一连接部、第二连接部、第三连接部、第四连接部;空气流通管道的第一进气口与第一连接部连接,且空气流通管道从第一连接部延伸进入散热箱内部,第一出气口与所述第二连接部连接;抽风机位于散热箱外,抽风机进气端与第一出气口连接;相变材料流通管道的第二进气口与第三连接部连接,第二出气口与所述第四连接部连接,相变材料流通管道设置于散热箱外部;相变材料设置于散热箱内部。该系统不吸入外部空气即可完成充电桩内部空气冷却降温,避免了外部空气中的粉尘以及腐蚀性物质进入充电桩内部的情况出现。
