The invention relates to a hybrid module for a drive train of a motor vehicle, comprising an electric machine, a rotor carrier which accommodates a rotor of the electric machine, and a disconnect clutch which is operatively connected to the rotor carrier, a first clutch component of the disconnect clutch being connected to the rotor carrier and a second clutch component of the disconnect clutch being connected to the rotor carrier. A second clutch component, which can be selectively coupled to the first clutch component, of the disconnect clutch is configured to be connected to the coupling shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. Wherein a plurality of friction plates of the two clutch components, which friction plates can be connected to one another in a frictional engagement manner, are arranged radially in a sleeve section of the rotor carrier, which sleeve section accommodates the rotor, and wherein the first clutch component has a friction plate carrier, which is arranged radially in the sleeve section and accommodates a plurality of first friction plates, wherein the friction plate carrier is fastened to the rotor carrier.
