The invention relates to an automatic water quality sampling device of an intelligent water affair cloud platform. The sample container is detachably connected in the buoyancy tank and is provided with a plurality of independent sample spaces which are vertically distributed; a one-way valve correspondingly communicated with the independent sample space is arranged on the outer side of the sample container; a water inlet hard pipe; the moving assembly is used for transversely and vertically moving the water inlet hard pipe so that the water inlet hard pipe can be selectively connected with the one-way valve. During use, the moving assembly moves downwards to enable the water inlet hard pipe to be aligned with the one-way valve of the uppermost independent sample space; then, the water inlet hard pipe is transversely moved, so that the water inlet hard pipe is connected with the one-way valve in an inserted manner, and a sample can enter the uppermost independent sample space to complete one-time sampling; the water inlet hard pipe is pulled out by using the moving assembly, and the operation is repeated to sample and store other independent sample spaces below the water inlet hard pipe; according to the process, the independent sample space is automatically replaced by using the moving assembly, sampling storage sampling and distinguishing are performed according to the water depth, and the sampling steps are simplified.
