A clamping shaft penetrates through and extends out of the driving wheel and is rotationally connected to the rack, and when the wheel sleeve slides on the monorail, the rotating roller in the sliding groove makes contact with the monorail and rotates, so that the rotating roller replaces the wheel sleeve to serve as a temporary supporting unit to move on the monorail, and the situation that the rotating roller is damaged during long-distance transportation is avoided. When the locomotive moves on a single rail for a long time, the generated abrasion is over-limited, so that the hidden danger of derailing when the locomotive moves is caused; due to the design that the rotating roller is rotationally connected to the right toothed plate, friction generated between the rotating roller and the monorail can be evenly distributed on the surface of the rotating roller, friction force of the rotating roller can be reduced, and normal operation of the device is facilitated.
