The invention belongs to the design technology of aircraft landing gear folding and unfolding mechanisms, and particularly relates to a lifting rotating wheel type landing gear which comprises an upper lifting rod with one end hinged to a fuselage and the other end hinged to an upper connector at the upper end of a supporting column and a lower lifting rod with one end hinged to the fuselage and the other end hinged to a steering sleeve at the lower end of the supporting column. The machine body, the supporting column, the upper lifting rod and the lower lifting rod form a plane four-rod mechanism for lifting the supporting column. The rotating mechanism comprises a lower torsion rod, a steering pull rod and a steering torsion arm; one end of the lower torsion rod is hinged to the fuselage, the middle position is hinged to a steering sleeve, and the tail end is hinged to a steering pull rod which is hinged to a steering torsion arm radially mounted on the strut; when the supporting column is lifted, the lower torsion rod swings to pull the steering pull rod; the supporting column rotates in the steering sleeve under the pulling of the steering pull rod; according to the rotating wheel lifting device, the rotating wheel can be lifted and steered at the same time, so that the rotating wheel folding space is small, and the unfolding wheel track is large.
