According to the control method for improving the fuel economy of the semitrailer by adjusting the instantaneous fuel consumption, a power battery and a BMU controller are arranged on the semitrailer, and one axle of the semitrailer is an electric drive axle; the control method for the fuel economy of the semi-trailer comprises the following steps: firstly, determining an engine fuel regulation upper limit value OilMax; and then acquiring operation state parameters of the tractor, if the tractor is in an engine driving operation state, judging whether the instantaneous oil consumption is greater than an engine fuel oil regulation upper limit value, and if so, controlling the electric drive axle to perform auxiliary driving until the instantaneous oil consumption is less than or equal to the engine fuel oil regulation upper limit value OilMax. According to the control method for improving the fuel economy of the semitrailer, the output of the engine of the tractor is reduced through the electric drive axle, the instantaneous fuel consumption of the engine is finally reduced to be not beyond the upper limit value OilMax, the peak clipping effect on the fuel consumption is achieved, and the fuel economy of the semitrailer is improved.

    本发明的通过调节瞬时油耗提高半挂汽车燃油经济性的控制方法,半挂车上设置有动力电池和BMU控制器,半挂车的一个车桥为电驱桥;半挂汽车燃油经济性的控制方法为:首先确定出发动机燃油调节上限数值Oil_Max;然后获取牵引车的运行状态参数,如果牵引车处于发动机驱动运行状态,则判断瞬时油耗是否大于发动机燃油调节上限数值,如果大于,则控制电驱桥进行辅助驱动,直至瞬时油耗小于或等于发动机燃油调节上限数值Oil_Max。本发明的提高半挂汽车燃油经济性的控制方法,通过电驱桥来降低牵引车发动机的输出,最终将发动机的瞬时油耗降低到不超上限数值Oil_Max,实现了对油耗的“削峰”作用,有利于提高半挂车的燃油经济性。
