The invention provides a refrigeration control system and method for a hybrid electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the discharge current of a power battery, the temperature of a battery cell and the state of charge (SOC) of the battery cell, so as to obtain Joule heat, reaction heat and polarization heat generated by the power battery, and further obtain the heat generated by the battery cell; multiplying the heat generated by the battery cell by a self-heat dissipation coefficient to obtain the refrigeration demand of the battery cell; the set temperature difference in the cab is obtained, and the refrigeration demand quantity of the cab is calculated; and the rotating speed of an air conditioner compressor is obtained through adjustment according to the battery cell refrigeration demand quantity and the cab refrigeration demand quantity, and the opening degrees of a first electromagnetic expansion valve and a second electromagnetic expansion valve corresponding to power battery refrigeration and cab refrigeration are adjusted. The driving comfort and convenience of a user can be improved, and the intelligence and stability of an automobile control system are improved.

    本发明提供一种混合动力电动车的制冷控制系统及方法,该方法包括:获取动力电池的放电电流、电芯温度和电芯荷电状态SOC,以得到动力电池所产生的焦耳热、反应热和极化热,进而得到的电芯产生热量;将所述电芯产生热量乘以自散热系数,以得到电芯制冷需求量;获取驾驶室内的设定温度差,以计算得到驾驶室制冷需求量;根据所述电芯制冷需求量和所述驾驶室制冷需求量调节得到空调压缩机转速,及调节动力电池制冷和驾驶室制冷所对应的第一电磁膨胀阀和第二电磁膨胀阀的开度。本发明能提高用户驾乘的舒适性和便捷性,增加汽车控制系统的智能性和稳定性。
