The invention provides an efficient waste heat utilization heat pump system and a control method thereof. The efficient waste heat utilization heat pump system comprises an electric compressor, a water cooling condenser, an outdoor heat exchanger, a check valve, a battery cooling plate heat exchanger and a gas-liquid separator which are sequentially and circularly connected through a pipeline. The pipeline between the outdoor heat exchanger and the water cooling condenser is connected with the pipeline between the check valve and the battery cooling plate heat exchanger through a parallel pipeline, and the pipeline between the outdoor heat exchanger and the check valve is connected with the gas-liquid separator through a pipeline; the heat pump air conditioning system has the following beneficial effects that the defects that an existing heat pump air conditioning system is narrow in operation boundary and low in low-temperature energy efficiency ratio are overcome; the invention also solves the problems of low-efficiency heat exchange only through temperature difference, limited operation condition and use scene limitation of battery heating only through motor heat in the current waste heat utilization mode, and also solves the problem of system design redundancy of the current waste heat recovery heat pump, the number of parts of the system is reduced on the whole, and the cost is reduced. And the weight and the cost are reduced.

    本发明提供一种高效余热利用的热泵系统及其控制方法,包括依次通过管路循环连接的电动压缩机、水冷冷凝器、室外换热器、止回阀、电池冷却板换热器和气液分离器,所述室外换热器和水冷冷凝器之间的管路与止回阀和电池冷却板换热器之间的管路通过并联管路连接,所述室外换热器和止回阀之间的管路与气液分离器之间通过管路连接;本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明解决当前的热泵空调系统存在运行边界窄低温能效比低的缺点;本发明也解决当前余热利用方式仅能通过温差低效率换热,运行工况受限且仅能利用电机热对电池加热的使用场景限制的问题,本发明还解决当前余热回收热泵的系统设计冗余问题,总体上系统零部件数量减少,使得重量减少和成本降低。
