The invention provides a fuel cell ship which can prevent leaked fuel gas from intruding into a cooling medium container and remaining in the cooling medium container when the fuel gas leaks from a fuel cell. A fuel cell ship is provided with a cooling system for cooling a fuel cell. A cooling system is provided with: a cooling medium container that accommodates a cooling medium; a cooling medium circulation pipe that circulates the cooling medium between the fuel cell and the cooling medium container; the cooling container internal gas monitor is arranged in the cooling medium container; a cooling container internal gas discharge pipe connected to the cooling medium container; and a cooling container internal gas discharge valve provided in the cooling container internal gas discharge pipe. The fuel cell ship is provided with a control unit for controlling the opening and closing of the gas discharge valve inside the cooling container. When the cooling container internal gas monitor monitors that the concentration of the fuel gas in the cooling medium container reaches a predetermined standard value or more, the control unit opens the cooling container internal gas discharge valve.
