The clamp tongue mechanism comprises two clamp tongue assemblies which are symmetrically arranged, and the clamp tongue mechanism is detachably connected with the two sides of the upper supporting roller. The hoisting block mechanism is installed on the hoisting mechanism and used for hoisting the lower supporting roller. The hoisting block mechanism comprises two hoisting block assemblies which are symmetrically arranged, and the hoisting block assemblies are detachably connected with the lower supporting roller; the chain wheel adjusting mechanism comprises two chain wheel assemblies symmetrically installed on the hoisting mechanism, and the chain wheel assemblies are in transmission connection with the hoisting block assemblies. According to the invention, the limitations that the operation risk is high, a lifting appliance needs to be replaced during lifting, the efficiency is low and a person needs to go to a pit to be matched with the lifting appliance for lifting during lifting in the prior art are overcome, the lifting efficiency is improved, the personal safety is ensured, and the labor cost is reduced.
