The invention relates to a wind power installation platform lifting system hinge point pin shaft transverse load eliminating method which specifically comprises the steps that two pairs of lifting lug plates are arranged on a fixing frame, and two pairs of pin shaft holes used for installing two pin shafts are formed in the two pairs of lifting lug plates in a machining mode respectively; with the pin shaft holes of the two lifting lug plates located in the middle of the two pairs of lifting lug plates as the positioning reference, a shear shaft hole machining tool is installed between the two lifting lug plates, a machining boring bar is positioned on the shear shaft hole machining tool, and shear shaft holes are machined in the shear shaft lug plates; the two pairs of lifting lug plates are respectively provided with a pin shaft, the shear shaft is installed on the pair of shear shaft lug plates, the opposite ends of the two pin shafts abut against one side of the shear shaft, and the axes of the three shafts are located in the same plane and intersect at one point. The shear shaft is used for bearing two opposite transverse loads generated by a lifting opening angle in the lifting operation process of the lifting system at the same time, so that the transverse loads are effectively eliminated.

    本发明涉及一种风电安装平台起升系统绞点销轴横向载荷消除方法,具体包括:在一固定架上设置两对起升耳板,在两对起升耳板上分别加工形成用于安装两个销轴的两对销轴孔;以位于两对起升耳板中部的两个起升耳板的销轴孔为定位基准,在的两个起升耳板之间安装剪力轴孔加工工装,在剪力轴孔加工工装定位加工镗棒,在剪力轴耳板上加工剪力轴孔;在两对起升耳板上分别安装一销轴,在一对剪力轴耳板上安装剪力轴,两根销轴的相向的端部分别抵触于剪力轴的一侧,三轴的轴心位于同一平面内并且相交于一点。本发明利用剪力轴同时承载起升系统在起升作业过程中由于起升张角所产生的相向的两个横向载荷,使得横向载荷被有效消除。
