The invention provides a hoisting tooling for a lifting gear box of a self-elevating wind power installation platform. The hoisting tooling comprises an end part circular plate, a hoisting pipe, a sliding hoisting ring and a connecting flange; wherein the end part circular plate is fixed at a first end of the hoisting pipe; the connecting flange is fixed at a second end of the hoisting pipe and isused for being connected with a gear end surface of the lifting gear box to be hoisted; and the sliding hoisting ring comprises a through hole in the lower end and a hoisting hole in the upper end, the through hole is used for the hoisting pipe to penetrate through, and therefore the sliding hoisting ring slides on the hoisting pipe. By means of the tooling of the invention, the problem that in the prior art, when a lifting gear box is hoisted into a lifting foundation, friction or collision may happen, and consequently the lifting foundation or the lifting gear box is damaged is effectivelysolved, the self-elevating lifting platform can be repeatedly used, repeated tooling manufacturing is not needed, and the construction cost is saved.

    本发明提供一种自升式风电安装平台升降齿轮箱的吊装工装,包括端部圆板、吊管、滑动吊环、连接法兰;其中:所述端部圆板固定在吊管的第一端;所述连接法兰固定在吊管的第二端,连接法兰用于连接待吊装的升降齿轮箱的齿轮端面;所述滑动吊环包括下端的通孔和上端的起吊孔,所述通孔供吊管穿过,从而使得滑动吊环在吊管上滑动。本发明工装有效的解决了现有技术中升降齿轮箱吊装进升降基础的时可能发生摩擦或碰撞而导致升降基础或升降齿轮箱损坏的问题,自升式升降平台可以重复利用,无需反复制作工装,节约了建造成本。
