The propeller centrifugal distance fixing device comprises a shell, and the shell is fixedly installed in a propeller; the spring seat is inverted U-shaped and is fixed at the inner hole of the shell; the bushing and the sealing ring are fixedly mounted in an inner hole of the shell; the centrifugal fixed-distance valve is matched with an inner hole of the bushing; the inner ring of the spring penetrates through the outer diameter of the centrifugal distance valve; the other end of the adjusting washer is in contact with the spring seat; an oil way A and an oil way D are formed in the shell, an oil way hole B is formed in the lining, and a vertical through hole is formed in the middle of the centrifugal fixed-distance valve to form an oil way G which is communicated with a propeller oil return cavity. The centrifugal fixed-distance valve is provided with a horizontal through hole, and the horizontal through hole and the oil way G are crossed and run through to form an oil way F; and the centrifugal fixed-distance valve is matched with an inner hole of the bushing to form an oil way C. According to the propeller centrifugal distance fixing device, oil way switching can be completed through the effect of centrifugal force generated by parts of the propeller centrifugal distance fixing device, the effects of propeller distance fixing and distance fixing releasing are achieved, and the structure is simple.

    本发明公开了一种螺旋桨离心定距装置及定距方法,包括壳体,壳体固定安装于螺旋桨内部;弹簧座呈倒U型,且固定于壳体上的内孔处;衬套和封严圈固定安装于壳体的内孔中;离心定距活门与衬套内孔配合;弹簧的内圈贯穿离心距活门的外径,调整垫圈的另一端与弹簧座接触;壳体上开设有油路A和油路D,衬套上开设有油路孔B,离心定距活门中部具有竖直通孔,形成油路G,并与螺旋桨回油腔相通;离心定距活门具有水平通孔,水平通孔与油路G呈十字交叉并贯穿,形成油路F;离心定距活门与衬套的内孔配合形成油路C。本发明提供的螺旋桨离心定距装置,可以通过自身零件产生离心力的作用,完成油路切换,实现螺旋桨定距和解除定距的作用,结构简单。
