The invention provides a new energy automobile accelerator mistaken stepping control method which comprises the following steps that a controller receives an analog quantity signal fed back by an accelerator pedal in real time, whether an accelerator is mistakenly stepped or not is judged by taking an accelerator opening degree change rate difference value K of a differentiation period as an information source, and when it is judged that the accelerator is mistakenly stepped, the accelerator is mistakenly stepped. A deceleration request value B is determined based on the current vehicle speed information V and the accelerator opening degree change rate difference value K; and the controller realizes action output of invalid accelerator output, motor braking torque and braking system braking torque based on the deceleration request value B, the available braking power Pallow fed back by the current battery information and the current motor rotating speed N. The control method depends on necessary parts of the new energy vehicle, no hardware facility needs to be added, and unnecessary traffic accidents caused by mistakenly stepping on the accelerator can be prevented only by adding a corresponding control scheme on the software level according to the control method.

    本发明提供一种新能源汽车油门误踩控制方法,方法如下:控制器实时接收油门踏板反馈的模拟量信号,通过差异化周期的油门开度变化率差值K作为信息源判断油门是否属于误踩,判定为油门属于误踩时,基于当前车速信息V、油门开度变化率差值K数值确定减速度请求B值;控制器基于减速度请求B值、当前电池信息反馈的可用制动功率Pallow、当前电机转速N实现油门无效输出、电机制动扭矩、制动系统制动扭矩的动作输出。该控制方法依托于新能源车辆必须的部件,不需要增加任何的硬件设施,仅仅需要在软件层面根据控制方法增加相应控制方案即可防止油门误踩引起不必要的交通事故。
