As a result, the movement of the engagement pin (24) in the direction of the axis (CL) is not restricted by the contact between the protruding piece (57) and the guide blocks (26, 28). As a result, the length of the engagement pin (24) in the direction of the axis (CL) can be shortened, and the size of the traction device (20) in the height direction can be reduced compared with a conventional structure.
