The embodiment of the invention discloses a battery thermal management system, a debugging method thereof and an electric vehicle. The battery thermal management system comprises a liquid cooling device, a liquid cooling control switch module and a battery control module, the liquid cooling device is used for performing thermal management on a battery module, and the working mode of the liquid cooling device comprises a first working mode and a second working mode; the liquid cooling control switch module is used for being in an on state when receiving the on control signal and being in an off state when receiving the off control signal; and the battery control module is used for controlling the liquid cooling device to operate in the first working mode when the liquid cooling control switch module is in an on state and controlling the liquid cooling device to operate in the second working mode when the liquid cooling control switch module is in an off state in a debugging mode. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the liquid cooling device is controlled to skip the working mode, and whether the working mode skip function of the liquid cooling device is normal or not can be tested.

    本发明实施例公开了一种电池热管理系统及其调试方法以及电动车辆。电池热管理系统包括液冷装置、液冷控制开关模块和电池控制模块;液冷装置用于对电池模组进行热管理,所述液冷装置的工作模式包括第一工作模式和第二工作模式;液冷控制开关模块用于在接收到导通控制信号时处于导通状态,在接收到关断控制信号时处于关断状态;电池控制模块用于在调试模式下,当所述液冷控制开关模块处于导通状态时,控制所述液冷装置运行于所述第一工作模式,当所述液冷控制开关模块处于关断状态时,控制所述液冷装置运行于所述第二工作模式。本发明实施例的技术方案,实现了控制液冷装置进行工作模式跳转,有助于测试液冷装置的工作模式跳转功能是否正常。
