The invention discloses a mounting method of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor connecting pipe fitting. The mounting method comprises the following steps: determining the size of a horizontal gap between a reactor pressure vessel and a steam generator according to design requirements; a construction platform is erected at the position, below the connector, of the side face of the reactor pressure vessel, the construction platform has the width in the direction away from the reactor pressure vessel, and the width is smaller than the size of the horizontal gap; and hoisting the connecting pipe fitting to a preset height, and transversely moving the connecting pipe fitting to enable the connecting pipe fitting to stably fall on the construction platform. The mounting method can be used for mounting the hot gas conduit and the shell of the hot gas conduit between the reactor pressure vessel and the steam generator in the high-temperature gas cooled reactor, the width of the construction platform is reduced, the construction platform can be prevented from being dismounted before the steam generator is mounted, time and labor can be saved, cost can be reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. The mounting efficiency is improved.
