The SOH value of the storage battery in the target vehicle can be detected in real time, then the SOH value is compared with the preset threshold value, when the SOH value of the storage battery is lower than the preset threshold value, prompt information such as characters, images, sounds or lamplight is given, a vehicle user is actively prompted to replace the storage battery in time, and the user experience is improved. The problem that the target vehicle cannot be started due to the fact that the vehicle user forgets to maintain the storage battery of the whole vehicle is effectively avoided.
