The invention discloses a hidden electric capstan system capable of adjusting rope outlet, which comprises frame longitudinal beams and an electric capstan assembly, an electric capstan support extending along a second axial direction is arranged and connected between the two frame longitudinal beams extending along a first axial direction, the electric capstan assembly is fixedly connected to the electric capstan support, and the electric capstan assembly is fixedly connected to the electric capstan support. The electric capstan support or the electric capstan assembly is connected with a rope guide assembly which can stretch out and draw back in the first axial direction and is used for adjusting the angle and the position of a traction rope. Interference among the front bumper, the electric capstan support and the rope guide structure is avoided, meanwhile, the included angle between the traction rope and the rope guide device can be adjusted according to conditions when the traction rope is discharged, and traction force and traction angle are optimized.

    本发明公开了一种隐藏式可调节出绳的电动绞盘系统,包括车架纵梁、电动绞盘总成,两个沿第一轴向延伸的车架纵梁之间设置连接有沿第二轴向延伸的电动绞盘支架,所述电动绞盘支架上固接有所述电动绞盘总成,所述电动绞盘支架或所述电动绞盘总成上连接有可沿第一轴向伸缩的用于调节牵引绳的角度和位置的导绳组件。本发明不仅避免了前保与电动绞盘支架及导绳结构之间的干涉,同时能够根据情况调节牵引绳出绳的时候与导绳器之间的夹角,优化牵引力及牵引角度。
