A gap between the two carrying poles allows a to-be-hoisted reinforcing steel bar to penetrate through, and a penetrating groove allowing one end of the reinforcing steel bar to penetrate through is formed in the sliding trolley; according to the scheme, an assembly type is adopted, the structure is simple and easy to assemble, the structural displacement limitation is high, parts are simple and easy to replace, and the safety performance is reliable; under the condition that the models of steel bars in the same project are basically the same, the lifting appliance can be assembled at one time and can be used for a long time, and the reusability is high; on-site reinforcing steel bar hoisting requirements are met by increasing or decreasing the number of the trolleys; according to the scheme, the sliding trolley can move along the carrying pole, the reinforcing steel bar hoisting distance can be adjusted, and reinforcing steel bars can be integrally in place conveniently; according to the scheme, multiple steel bars can be positioned and hoisted at the same time, and compared with a traditional hoisting mode, the working efficiency is high, the risk is small, and control is easy.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效吊装大型号竖向钢筋的吊具;其包括两根间隔设置、并可拆卸连接在一起的扁担,两所述扁担上滑动连接有若干滑移小车;两所述扁担之间的间隙供待吊装的钢筋穿过,所述滑移小车上开设有供钢筋一端穿过的穿槽;本方案为拼装式,结构简单易拼装,结构位移限制性强,零部件简单易更换,安全性能可靠;在对同一个项目中钢筋型号基本相同的情况下,吊具一次组装,能够长期使用,可重复使用性强;通过增减小车数量,满足现场钢筋吊装需求;本方案的滑移小车可顺扁担移动,钢筋吊装间距可调节,方便钢筋整体就位;本方案能够同时对多根钢筋定位、吊装,相较于传统吊装方式工作效率高、风险小、易控制。
