The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a marine elevator self-leveling elevator car structure which comprises an elevator car body, the elevator car body comprises an outer protection frame and an inner box body, the outer protection frame comprises a base, supporting frames and a top plate, the four corners of the upper surface of the base are fixedly connected with the four supporting frames, and gradienters are fixedly arranged on the outer walls of the supporting frames; a top plate is arranged at the tops of the supporting frames, a self-leveling device is arranged between the two sets of supporting frames on the same side, a bearing frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the self-leveling device, an inner box is arranged on the bearing frame, a lifting mechanism and a holding mechanism are arranged on the upper surface of the top plate, and one end of the holding mechanism is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the inner box. When a ship body shakes to enable an elevator shaft to incline, the two lifting mechanisms on the top plate are automatically started after detection and calculation of the gradienter, the movable beams on the two sides are driven to ascend and descend through the lead screws on the horizontal devices, then the inner box body is kept in a horizontal state, and the safety of passengers in a lift car is guaranteed.
