The refueling taper sleeve stability augmentation ring can restrain the phenomena of drifting and'head wave 'occurring in a hose taper sleeve system in the air refueling butt joint process, the taper sleeve butt joint efficiency is improved, and air refueling accidents are reduced; meanwhile, the stability augmentation ring can control the sinking amount of the taper sleeve, so that the oiling machine can carry out aerial oiling at different speeds, and the oiling envelope of the oiling machine is greatly expanded.
