The invention discloses an automatic control anchor gear hydraulic system. The automatic control anchor gear hydraulic system comprises an oil tank, a constant-pressure variable pump, an oil return filter, a multi-way reversing valve, a balance valve, an electromagnetic reversing valve and a brake oil cylinder, an oil outlet of the oil tank is connected with the oil inlet end of the constant-pressure variable pump, the oil outlet end of the constant-pressure variable pump is communicated with the oil inlet end of the one-way valve, the oil outlet end of the one-way valve is communicated with the oil inlet end of the two-way pressure compensator, and the oil outlet end of the two-way pressure compensator is communicated with the oil inlet end of the multi-way reversing valve. According to the design, the load-sensitive control system is formed by the load constant-pressure variable pump and the multi-way reversing valve, the output pressure of the constant-pressure variable pump is determined by the load, and the output flow of the constant-pressure variable pump can be automatically changed according to the load flow requirement, so that redundant hydraulic energy loss is avoided, and a good energy-saving effect is achieved; meanwhile, the heating value of the hydraulic system can be reduced, and the heat exchange power of a cooler in the hydraulic system is reduced.

    一种自动控制锚机液压系统,所述自动控制锚机液压系统包括油箱、恒压变量泵、回油过滤器、多路换向阀、平衡阀、电磁换向阀与制动器油缸;所述油箱的出油口与恒压变量泵的进油端连接,恒压变量泵的出油端与一单向阀的进油端连通,一单向阀的出油端与二通压力补偿器的进油端连通,二通压力补偿器的出油端与多路换向阀的进油端连通。本设计通过负载恒压变量泵与多路换向阀组成负载敏感控制系统,恒压变量泵的输出压力由负载决定,恒压变量泵输出流量可根据负载流量需求而自动变化,这样就不会产生多余的液压能量损失,从而达到很好的节能效果;同时可以减少液压系统的发热量,降低液压系统中冷却器的换热功率。
