The invention discloses a comprehensive heat management system for a railway vehicle and a control method thereof, and the comprehensive heat management system comprises an external energy input part which is used for providing electric energy for the comprehensive heat management system; the compartment cooling and heating load collecting and acquiring part is used for collecting and acquiring a passenger heat load, a solar radiation heat load, a building envelope heat leakage load and a ventilation load; the vehicle-mounted thermal management equipment part is used for maintaining the temperature, humidity and thermal management requirements of each part of the comprehensive thermal management system based on the load acquired by the compartment cooling and heating load acquisition part; and the energy output part is used for outputting redundant heat energy and electric energy in the comprehensive heat management system to the outside of the railway vehicle. According to the system, multiple distributed waste heat on the railway vehicle can be subjected to stepped recovery and stepped utilization, and the waste heat utilization efficiency on the railway vehicle can be greatly improved; and meanwhile, the two aspects of energy conservation and emission reduction are considered, and the actual technical problems of waste heat waste and the like existing in current railway vehicles can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于轨道车辆的综合热管理系统及其控制方法,所述综合热管理系统,包括:外部能源输入部,用于为所述综合热管理系统提供电能;车厢冷热负荷采集获取部,用于采集获取乘客热负荷、太阳辐射热负荷、围护结构漏热负荷和通风负荷;车载热管理设备部,用于基于车厢冷热负荷采集获取部获取的负荷,维持综合热管理系统各部的温湿度和热管理需求;能量输出部,用于将综合热管理系统中多余的热能及电能输出至所述轨道车辆外部。本发明可对轨道车辆上多种分布式余热进行梯级回收与梯级利用,能够大幅度提升轨道车辆上余热利用效率;同时兼顾节能和减排两个方面,可解决当前轨道车辆上存在的余热浪费等实际技术问题。
