The invention provides a power motor thermal management control method based on vehicle comprehensive control. When the motor temperature signal received by the thermal management system fails, the rotating speed of the motor cooling fan and the rotating speed of the cooling water pump are controlled by referring to the engine temperature, the engine rotating speed, the gear signal and the motor output torque signal, so that the cooling intensity is reasonably adjusted, and the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects are achieved. Under the condition that a motor temperature signal is abnormal, effective heat dissipation is provided, and meanwhile system energy consumption is reduced to a certain extent.
本发明提供了一种基于整车综合控制的动力电机热管理控制方法,当热管理系统收到的电机温度信号失效情况下,参考发动机温度、发动机转速、挡位信号和电机输出转矩信号控制电机冷却风扇及冷却水泵转速,从而合理调节冷却强度并达到节能降耗的效果。可实现电机温度信号异常情况下,提供有效散热的同时,一定程度上降低系统能耗。
